The Decision Refferal System is the new system in this World cup.
India doesn't support this Decision Referral system From its orgin.
But in this world cup this is Compulsory.In this system TV umpire Becomes some times a Hero or a Willian.
In this system it checks firstly checks it is a No ball or not.then it checks ballis on the line and it is a Wicket Hitting ball. But in the case of Yuvraj's ball it is a wicket hitting ball(Middle stump) and again the TV umpire cheks it is more than 2.5 meter from the stump.They said that it is the rule. But in most cases it doesn't consider.But in Bell's case they check that also.
In TV replays it is sure that Bell is out. But the TV umpire take lots of time in repaly and he take all the rules and give bell's Life Back.In Baller's Review Give More Preference to baller not to Batsman
