Anyone who is a member of SPK can participate in all World cup cricket contests if he/she fulfills the rules set for each contest.
Some of the contests like Ultra Mega World Cup Prediction Contest needs pre- registration in the corresponding forum thread. But the last date of registeration is already over. Only the eligible members can participate in Ultra Mega World Cup Prediction Contest. So, you can't participate in this contest.
