    Tension is a part of our life, especially in towns/cities. There will be tension in the family life in proportion to the number of members in the family. There will be tension in the place of study, work, in the place of gathering, while travelling etc.

    It will be impossible to avoid tension, as long as we live in society. But the effect of tension can be reduced by observing some simple proceedures. Each person has to find out the right ones and follow so that he/she will get the maxim8um benefit.

    One way is to go to place of worship and express our difficulties to the power of the place.

    Another way is to relax. Relaxation is possible to some extent by emptying our mind of thoughts of past and future. This may be possible by regular practice of trying to concentrate on the image of the god or some pleasant experience or going for meditation etc.

    One more method is to engage in some pursuit of interest, so that the mind will occupy in that direction.

    It is right Now a days Tension is a part of our life. Everybody is living in tension like Students have tension to perform well in the exams. Job seekers have tension to get a good job. The persons who have not so much amount of money then it is also a tension to earn more money. So there is too much tension in our life.
    So we can not avoid tension in our life. We will have to face all these tension. We should think positive in tight condition. We should never go with negative thoughts in pressure conditions.
    One of important method is to take relax in tension. For relaxation we can also take help of music. To listen music makes tension free of our life.

    Well we should think well in condition of tension. It is very important for all.

    Yes I do agree there is increasing Numbers of tension that one have to face day to day life even in the end of the day some people dont get time to relax & rejunate themselves such is the life style.

    No one can decrease tension unless one think twice before he starts to prepare for the next day might be at night the best option so that one can be tension free in the early morning hours. Yes friends it will really help you out, just try & see.

    Here are some tips to make you feel good & work along:

    Always believe yourself, your confidences, your strength & be always postive in what ever way we approach to do things.

    Never think what others think always think what your heart & mind says you wont be betrayed.

    listen to some good music which makes your heart & mind happy.

    Think your favourite song and just be happy to see those pictures of song sequnces in your mind.

    Just chant some mantra which is near & dear to you so that you can console your heart which in turn your mind.

    as sson you reach home before freshen up turn on your favourtie song sing & dance along with it.It will do wonders to you, your mind and your body.

    Introduce Yoga in your life style if not excercise at least Deep breathing excercises which will help your mind & body to relax.

    Yes friends Music,dance,prayers & a bit of breathing excercise will take care of your mind & body to detoxify the posion called "Tension"
