Baloon and embedded postings

I use brackets to show the meaning of words in my articles. I would like to know whether it is possible to have the balloon pop ups when the cursor goes over the words.

Another point is i may be having articles related to same topics but different aspects. Is it possible to link the article to be browsed by pressing a word selected as link.

Is there any provision to insert images in the forum postings?
