    Kochi IPL to Mumbi High Court

    After got suspension from BCCI, Kochi IPL reached Mumbai High Court against the decision of BCCI. They said that this is not a genuine decision by the BCCI. For getting legal support the team management ensured the legal commitments about their team by reaching the court.

    Now we should wait for the reply of court, and what will happen to our team.

    The latest new is that the Mumbai High Court reject the case of Kochi Tuskers Kerala and said that decision of BCCI is correct. KTK noticed to court there is time till 27th September for paying the bank guarantee. But the court rejected the above notice. The court not even take the case into file.

    Now the only way for hope is that the Kochi Team management can reach Supreme Court.
