    Quantity of rice for APL card owners will increase

    APL (Above Poverty Line)ration card owners will get extra 5kg rice through ration stores. The quantity of rice is going to be increased from 10kg to 15kg. The decision was taken by our central food Minister K. V. Thomas and he already said it to our chief Minister Oomen Chandy. The decision was taken after the discussion of both the ministers
