Mohanlal was a filmmaker named Udayabhanu and Sreenivasan was a junior artist named Rajappan in that film.Mamta Mohandas plays Sreenivasan's wife and Vineeth sreenivasan plays a hero while Suraj Venjarammoodu is the superstar's personal makeup man.
