It is a great writ in judiciary. It is against the coustodian to make the prisoner infront of the court directly. If the custodian has the right to make the prisoner in custody he should submit the authorised papers in front of the court. Otherwise the court will free the prisoner from the custody. The prisoner or other person on the behalf of the prisoner can writ this in court. After filing this writ, the custodian must present the prisoner infront of the court, under any circumstance.
