    How can you classify Remake & Piracy

    When a Film Producer, Art Director, Script Writer, Music Director or anybody from the industry copying or adapting something from other's work, for example form other languages it is called Remaking and if somebody copying their song, video or movies it is called Piracy. Can you justify this?

    Hai, When a film remake from one language to other. They will earned prior permission from the concerned authorities and the persons behind that film. In the case of copying a song from Internet, the user may not have the permission for copy that article. So they are copying the song without permission of the creator. So it is treated as the Piracy. You can copy songs, if you have the authorize to do that activity.
