International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) will started on December 7
The 17th edition of International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) will started on December 7. A Kerala Government Institution Kerala State Chalachitra Academy promotes cinema, and conducts IFFK this year. The highlight of the film festival is the films from Asian, African and Latin American countries. The "Golden Crow Pheasant Award" with cash prize 15 lakh Indian rupees for the best feature film. The Competition section of films is from Asian, African and Latin American countries.The best feature film to be shared prize money equally between the director and the producer. In this film festival, 14 films will be screened in the Competition Section and seven films are selected from Malayalam cinema. The participation in IFFK is increasing yearly, more than ten-thousands of delegates represented about 50 will regularly attend in IFFK.
