Jaya Krishnan murder case is handed over to CBI

Hope you have not forgot late Jaya Krishnan who was murdered in cold blood in front of his students in the CPM-BJP riots of 1999
after the initial suspects were set free by the changing governments, the government of Kerala has decided to hand over the case to CBI. Will CBI be able to solve the case or will the case end up like several other cases the CBI took up like for example, the infamous sister Abhaya murder case which surfaces between every 2 - 3 years, take over the media and again disappears into the unknown.
Now do you think it is a good decision from the part of Kerala government.
