Tomorrow, 8th March is women's day.
Throughout the world 8th March is celebrated as the Women's Day. In Kerala also there several programs arranged in connection with it. Even in State like where the education level is high the equality among man and woman is far from reality. In majority of the families women do not get an equal position in managing the house. There is a change now since in many families both husband and wife are working and earning.Here in Kerala the longevity of life is more for women than men. Also in the population women outnumbers the men. For every 1000 men there are 1084 women. Almost in every other State the picture is just in the reverse.
