How to add name to voters list

Do anyone know how to add name to voters list. Got the identity card two years before. but the name is still not in the voters list. What to do? how to add the name to voters list?

Dear friend, it is a sad thing to note that your names are missing from the voter's list. My advice to you is to seek redress from the body that compiled the lists so that your names can be included. It is your civic right to vote for your own choice of leader or leaders.
