Our site is whole about Kerala state. So it won't be nice to have an option like downloading softwares and themes. I think this is the reason which prevents downloading through our site. And if there are such softwares and themes, it will be from other sites. We can't add the download lists of other sites here. You can give the name of the site in bookmark section.
