    Activating News and Discussion in Forum: Share your thoughts

    Dear Members,
    The forum section in SpiderKerala is considered to be a valuable section where members share their thoughts and actively participate in discussion. Even though many members contribute valuable and hot debatable news related to Kerala, due to improper titling and content, we could not gather readers.

    While considering the forum section of various popular site, we could understand how they utilize the platform to engage the members and visitors. So from 1st September we are planning to bring some wise posts and most searched discussion topics in the forum. Members can contribute news and thoughts which could drive traffic to forum.

    We would be monitoring the activities of members to avoid spam posts. A weekly reward of Rs 100 would be given to the member who contributes valuable forum posts which could bring readers like done with articles. A well drafted news, discussion or debatable topic with not less than 200 words would be appreciable.

    Our editors would guide you and clear your doubts. Do share your thoughts like:-
    • What are the topics which can bring more readers?
    • How should it be drafted

    During this one week time, we are opening this forum thread for a healthy discussion regarding the new initiative. This would be a great opportunity for those members who want to stick to the site delivering rich but limited content. This special award would be given in addition to the 'Best Forum Supporter Award' which will be initiated from the coming month.

    This is a great platform allocated for the members who are new to spiderkerala. The offers given here are to make forum section as active and useful as our resource section. Members can now become active here by contributing those special topics which could drive more traffic and also earn descent return.     Welcome decision Mr.Biju. Hope this will attract more ideas and members to this forum. In fact I, myself was not going through these for the last couple of months or more, because I noticed that nobody was responding to threads posted. Only three or four members were there to react. Hope now this announcement would make a change in this forum.

    It is a god decision as forums section is the main part which keeps such websites alive. A very good example for it is the ISC, sister website of SPK. Not everyone has the time to post resources, but surely penning a few words and expressing their thoughts can be a routine thing. Forums is the section which helps in such things.

    In my opinion, discussing about the current affairs in Kerala, including the gossips in the film field can bring in more readers. Secondly, as ours is a literate state, discussing about the upcoming exams or the delays in publishing results etc can fetch some readers.
