    Recipe of Rakshak milk cake

    Ingredients :
    Milk powder - 4 cups
    Sugar - 1 cup
    Milk - 1 1/2 cup
    Oil - 1/2 cup
    Powdered Elaichi taken from 3 or 4 elaichis
    Pista (optional) - to decorate

    First pour milk in a thick bottomed vessel.
    Add sugar to it and mix it well and boil it for 5 minutes.
    To it add powdered elaichi by spreading it.
    After it boils for 2 minutes add milk powder little by little by stirring continuously.
    Then add oil to the mixture and stir it continuously
    Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
    Pour the mixture in the plate greased with ghee and after 5 to 10 minutes,cut it into square,round or oval shape.
    We can decorate with grated pista or almonds if needed.
    Rakshak milk cake is ready to serve.

    Its a great recipe posted here but you have to make your posts much more presentable for viewers. You can write recipes in article section but only in special occasions like Onam or Christmas and you can post some special Christmas recipes as the festival is nearing. Try to add pictures of the recipe which you have taken and it will really add value to your article.

    When you write an article about recipe you should keep many things in mind. Give appropriate introduction and conclusions. Write the methods of preparations in a presentable way. Here you have written each line one after other but have not converted those lines to different steps. You can follow that pattern or could write those methods paragraph wise.
