Submit tax info. in Google adsense

Hi members
When i logged to my adsense account, it's shown that my payments are currently on hold and to submit the tax information. But the questions give there are related to Spiderkerala.net/Indiastudychannel.
Can anyone help me with this. I hope that some of you must have filled it already.

There is no need to submit tax information, its only applicable to US residents. Please check this forum thread also: Adsense payment
