Pollution is the main problem faced in Mega cities.All those we get are polluted.So it is very difficult to keep healthy in mega cities.Still I think some cautions can be taken regarding our health.
1) Whenever you feel thirsty drink boiled water only.Bottled water may not be good or may not be bottled after testing.Also soft drinks are not good for our health at any condition.
2) Walk through motorvehicle free , smoke free area in the morning for at least half an hour.
3) Try your maximum to avoid hotel foods.If possible prepare food of your own or live as a paying guest in some home.
