  • #1951
Pollution is the main problem faced in Mega cities. All those we get are polluted. So it is very difficult to keep healthy in mega cities.Still I think some cautions can be taken regarding our health.
    1) Whenever you feel thirsty drink boiled water only.Bottled water may not be good or may not be bottled after testing. Also soft drinks are not good for our health at any condition.

    2) Walk through motorvehicle free , smoke free area in the morning for at least half an hour.

    3) Try your maximum to avoid hotel foods. If possible prepare food of your own or live as a paying guest in some home.

Maintaining health in today's busy life may not be easy as we think. Especially if we are living in metropolitan cities this task will get difficult. So keep a well balanced preplanned diet in order to maintain health. Let's see some of the ways by which we can lead a healthy life in mega cities.

First method is by avoiding regular intake of food and drinks from restaurants. Regular consumption of hotel food creates a negative impact on our health. Prefer homely food instead of hotel foods.

Second method is same as what Abid told. Drinking boiled water helps in preventing spreading of disease to a great extend.

Third method is by taking regular exercise. Walking is a good exercise for controlling body weight. It helps in preventing obesity there by reducing the chance of getting diabetes and blood pressure.

Fourth method is by proper planning of lifestyle with the help of a doctor. Make a proper balanced diet by consulting with your nutritionist.

Keeping a self control over lifestyle helps to a great extend in maintaining our health in mega cities.
