P Chidambaram and VS's Lottery Letter
What is wrong in accepting the fact that P Chidambaram's office received the letter send from V S achudanandan's office, regarding the Lottery case ?It is a fact that, VS send the letter to Chidambaram on 29th November 2010 and he received the reply to that letter on 29th December 2010. This means the letter send from VS's office reached Chidambaram's office. And someone from his office replied to this letter. That is why VS received the reply. Then why should P Chidambaram say that he didn't receive the concerned letter ?
Similar issue was there before in the case of Justice Balakrishnan. There was a quarel between KGB and some other person (an advoctae or justice). The later said, he sent the letter to KGB indicating the name of D Raja in the 2G spectrum issue and KGB said he did not see it.
In VS v/s PC case, whom we have to believe ? Is VS saying a lie or is it P Chidambaram ?
If P Chidambaram is saying the lie, what should we think about our India ?
And, if VS is saying the lie, What should we think about our rulers ?
