The 'Makara Vilakku Controversy' and much more...

I am pained to learn that the contoversy over the Makaravilakku has alone become a serious matter of discussion in the print media as well as the electronic media.

To my knowledge[which 'might have' its own limits],there are no cases of any instances of any deity, any angel or fairy or spirit in any form or even the so called omnipresent almighty God having been seen, heard or touched by any living being ever since the origin of life on the earth.

The tales of God/s and the supernatural elements have ever remained enchanting but poorely interpreted. Man`s ability to tell blatant lies and his cowardly mindset act together and we are made to hear about the miracles of innumerable kinds and dimensions.

The 'miracle' of the MAKARAVILAKKU has atlast lost to time and many more signs and illustrations which are still duping the Hindus and the Christians in Kerala have to join the track sooner or later.

Please, remember only one thing, 'When you pray to God,you are perhaps sane... but when God begins to be heard by you,you are definitely insane[mad]'.

It needs a mind that is not crippled to make the mouth speak a few words at last dear members..

It is true that the media celebrated the incident at Sabarimala in whatever way they could. Very often a gathering like this can result in a stampede, as is witnessed at the Kumbhamela site. Perhaps, in Sabarimala not very often this type of incidence was reported.

Most interesting part of this incidence is that the media diverted the attention to the issue of Makara jyothi, whether it is man made or not.
Several personalities related to the temple and believers came out with different comments, totally confusing.

Everybody, in Kerala at least, knew that the light seen at the hilltop (Ponnambala medu) is man made. Still people rush to see this only because of belief. It is just like people queuing in front of temples like Guruvayur to see the idol with so many lights lit up by the priest.

It is clear all the persons of Kerala who have commonsense that "Makara Vilakku" is just a man made light. But people who are in Sabarimala with their faith really cannot think at that moment that Makara Vilakk is man made one.If Kerala people can't understand how the other state people beleive it as man made?Really an exploitation of faith and belief is taking place here.As related to religion none utters a word against it.
