How to Reach Silverstorm Amusement Park
Reaching the park itself is a thrilling experience driving for 19 kilometers through the western ghats. You have to reach the Kochi International sirport at Nedumbassery or the railway station at either Thrissur or Chalakudy. From there you can get hired vehicles to reach Silverstorm Amusement Park. You can have accommodation facilities also there.

History of the Silverstorm Amusement Park
The Silverstorm amusement park was established in 5 phases.
The first phase was launched in August 2000 and the second phase was opened in December 2000 and the third on April 2001.Th fourth phase December 2003 and the fifth in 2005.
In the first phase Surf Hill, Kids Super slide ,Kiddies Body, Wave Pool, Hara Kiri, Wild Raft Ride, Kiddies Turbo, Kiddies Free Fall,Kiddies Dry Games, Master Blaster, Wild Body Ride, Super Slide Turbo Twister, Lazy Mountain River, Super Splash And Mamma Aqua Dance were the games started and in the second phase Go Karting, Fiyng Dutchman, Jurassic Splash, Baby Train, Columbus and Bumping Boats became operational.
Sky Jet, a thrilling and mind-boggling ride became operational in the third phase. Riding in the sky jet at a height of about 30 feet and a running span of 1000 feet will raise your adrenaline levels and those who view the game will be left gaping in the water.
The turbo twister will twirl you into the pool as you jump in, you can dash and make waves in the wave pool, can whirl around in the wild raft ride in groups of two, you can twist in the aqua dance facility and many more.
Accommodation Facilities at Silver storm Amusement Park
They have AC and Non AC cottages located very close to the park premises with security round the clock, restaurant and other modern facilities. The charges for the AC room will be Rs 1900 and Non AC Rs 1650 with Extra bed at Rs 350.
Dormitory is also available for groups, if they are general group the charges per head will be rs 100 and for students Rs 75 per head Extra Bed will be the same at Rs 350.
Pool side dinner, Pool side dancing, Gift shop, special place for hosting special occassions, special events like parties, get together, product launch etc. Services available at the Silver Storm Amusement park are Reception and Information, Rest-rooms, Dressing rooms and Locker rooms, first aid center, Telephone Booth, Food court, Gift shop, Prayer hall, and Car, Bike and Coach parking.
Other facilities available at Silverstorm Amusement Park
You can also have your Corporate Parties, Special Events, Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Family get together etc. at the amusement park. The other facilities available at Silverstorm are First aid post, Changing Room, Taxi-on-Call, Lockers, Gift shop, Parking Area, Duty paid shop, Telephone Booth, Food Court, prayer Hall, Ice cram parlour, Rest room for the handicapped and the old, lucky draws and free gifts etc.
