It is known that 5000 candidates have been short listed while after verification of documents the Final Ranked List would be published on 31st March itself.
With 5 new high- tech OMR scanners, the evaluation of the answer sheets was conducted much smoothly as the scanners could calculate the marks with decimal accuracy. The calculated marks will be published in the probability list. As the candidates will not be given more time or second chance, as per the instructions from the Kerala PSC, all candidates should produce the original and attested copies of all required certificates including certificate to prove caste and educational qualifications on the day of verification.
Other than the central office, the Certificates would be inspected in 14 District offices of PSC. After the probability list gets published, candidates would have to produce the documents for verification which is expected to take place during the second and third week of March.
Kerala PSC has published the final answer key without removing the 2 error by which those who had committed wrong answer would have got the merit out of it. Even though there had been criticism from different parts, PSC had not turned to make changes in the final answer key. Those who succeed in the Secretariat Assistant Examination would consider themselves to be lucky rising up the ladder one by one with possibilities to reach the level of Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary or even Special Secretary.
