South Central Railway runs 30 Summer Special trains between Kollam-Visakhapatnam Railway Stations

In order to cope-up with the rush during the summer season, the South-Central Railway, Secunderabd has announced to run 30 special trains between Visakhapatnam(Andhra Pradesh) and Kollam(Kerala) railway stations. The summer special trains trains will be available from March 21, 2013 to June 28, 2013.   1. The train number 08569 will depart from Visakhapatnam station on March 21 and 28 dates morning at 9:00 a.m IST and will reach at Kollam railway station by the afternoon of next-day 3:30 p.m IST.

  2. The Train number 08569 will depart from Visakhapatnam station on April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th morning at 9:00 a.m IST and will reach at Kollam railway station by the afternoon of next-day 3:30 p.m IST.

  3. The Train number 08569 will depart from Visakhapatnam station on May 2nd, 9th,16th,23rd and 30th morning at 9:00 a.m IST and will reach at Kollam railway station by the afternoon of next-day 3:30 p.m IST.

  4. The Train number 08569 will depart from Visakhapatnam station on June 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th morning at 9:00 a.m IST and will reach at Kollam railway station by the afternoon of next-day 3:30 p.m IST.

  1. The train number 08579 will depart from Kollam railway station on March 22nd and 29th at night 7:20 p.m IST and will reach at Vishakhapatnam station by Sunday morning at 1:25 a.m IST.

  2. The train number 08579 will depart from Kollam railway station on April 5th, 12th,19th and 26th at night 7:20 p.m IST and will reach at Visakhapatnam station by Sunday morning at 1:25 a.m IST.

  3. The train number 08579 will depart from Kollam railway station on May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st at night 7:20 p.m IST and will reach at Visakhapatnam station by Sunday morning at 1:25 a.m IST.

  4. The train number 08579 will depart from Kollam railway station on June 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th dates at night 7:20 p.m IST and will reach at Visakhapatnam station by Sunday morning at 1:25 a.m IST.

The Summer special train 08569 will halt at Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem , Eluru, Vijayawada, Tenali, Cheerala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Selem, Erode, Coimbatore, Palghat, Thrissur, Ernakulam , Kottayam and Kollam railways stations during its journey.
