KEAM Centralized allotment process (CAP) 2013 online registration started
Kerala engineering and medical (KEAM) centralized allotment process (CAP) 2013, single window option registration for admission in various professional degree(UG) courses has been started. Candidates seeking admission in the academic year 2013-2014 for professional engineering degree courses and medical courses except MBBS/BDS through CAP process can apply through official CAP website of Commissioner of entrance examination Kerala from June 21st onwards.
Admission to professional degree courses in Kerala for the academic year 2013-2014 is carried out through single window allotment system. Kerala Engineering and medical (KEAM) centralized allotment process (CAP) 2013 option registration will start from June 21st onwards and will last upto 3.00 AM on June 30th. Candidates looking for admission for professional engineering degree courses and medical degree courses except MBBS/BDS can apply through CAP process through the official website of commissioner of entrance examination Kerala. Students can take admission to engineering and medical courses in the colleges affiliated to universities like Calicut University, Kerala University, MG University, CUSAT, Kannur University, Kerala agricultural university etc. Those Candidates who have applied for professional degree Engineering, Medical and Architecture coursed through CAP option registration are only allowed to take admission through merit seats.
Kerala engineering and medical (KEAM) entrance rank list 2013 has been published by commissioner of entrance examination. Admission to professional degree courses through CAP process will be based on this rank list. Counseling and allotment of seats to professional degree courses in Kerala for the academic year 2013-2014 is carried through single window allotment system centralized allotment process (CAP) through online submission. Candidates who are eligible to apply for professional degree courses in Kerala, based on the entrance rank list can apply by visiting the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Students can find various streams to select the courses for their higher study based on their choice on the CAP website. After the registration through CAP process students will be allotted respective seats based on their choice. Student should be very careful while submitting application through CAP process and to chose the apt courses for their higher study. Candidates who are eligible for higher studies on professional degree courses based on their plus two result and entrance rank can apply through CAP process. Both engineering and medical except MBBS/BDS courses are available to register. Candidates who wish to register for his/her options, should have the 'Roll Number', 'Application number' and 'Key number' readily available with him/her. For registration, candidates should log on to the his/her Home page by entering Roll no (the six-digit Number allotted by CEE to the candidate), Application No (the seven-digit number printed on the right top part of the facing sheet of the Application submitted by the candidate for KEAM 2013, Key no (16 digit alpha-numeric code provided on the Security Card). Students who are allotted seats in various colleges should pay fees on prescribed time at selected branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT). This year only two allotments will be available to private engineering seats. Fees for engineering course in Government/aided college is Rs 6200 for merit seats, for Self Financing Colleges under the Control of Govt./Universities is Rs 35000 for merit seats and Rs 65000 for management seats. Fees for Colleges under Kerala Catholic Engineering, College Management Association will be Rs 75000 plus Rs.1,00,000/- as Refundable interest free deposit. In Ayurveda colleges, fees for Govt seats will be Rs 12000 while for self financing college fees will be Rs 50000. For agricultural course fees will be Rs 9000.
