M G University CAP 2013 second allotment list/results for the Centralised Allotment Process will be published 25th June (Today) at the official university website www.cap.mgu.ac.in. Students who had applied for the admission to various degree courses in the colleges under Mahatma Gandhi University can check the website to known their status.

As soon as the second allotment gets published in the website, students can can login to their account and check their results.

How to get Admission with CAP 2013 - Procedure


The students have to join the concered colleges on or before 28/06/2013 4pm. The students have to follow the given below instructions for joining the colleges.

  • 1.Login with your application number and password

  • 2. After login, Download the allotment memo and Chalan and do take a print out of the it

  • 3. In the memo, fees will be shown which has to be remitted it in any designated branch of SBT

  • 4. Report to colleges with the following documents on or before 28/06/2013

Documents to be submitted for Admission


  • a. The originals of the marklist(s) of the qualifying examination

  • b.Original TC and Conduct Certificate from the institution last studied

  • c. Original certificate of caste/communal reservation

  • d. Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from Boards outside Kerala State except CBSE/CISCE.

  • e.Original NCC/NSS Certificate, if applicable.

  • f. Original certificate of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent Certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.

  • g. Allotment slip and receipt in proof of remittance of fee due to the University

  • h.Non-creamy layer Certificate/BPL Certificate issued by the competent authority in original if under reservation category.


Candidates who have been selected in the second allotment to a different programme or college based on his/her higher option, should have to report to the newly allotted college after reporting to the previously admitted college.
