MES College of Engineering is an ISO 9001:2008 institution which was established in the year 1994. MESCE is now one among the top rated colleges in Kerala. The college is affiliated to Calicut University and has the recognition of All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Principle of the college is R M Ravi, a well experienced person having industrial and academic experience of more than 30 years. Also there are proficient faculties in the college to provide quality education to the students and to guide the them in their matters. Location
The campus which spread across 10 acres of land with a built up area of nearly 10000sq.km is located at an eco friendly environment of Kuttippuram in Malappuram district. The nearest railway station is Kuttipuram which is 10 km from the college. Also college is 10 km from the district head quarters.Top class facilities in the college
Library: The central library of MESCE is a fully automated one with more than 50000 volumes of books which include engineering books of different authors, journals, magazines and periodicals. Besides there are CDs, DVDs, ROMs, project reports, seminar reports, thesis reports, e-database etc, to cater all the needs of students as well staff members in the college. Issuing services is on the basis of computerized barcode facility. Besides this central library is there is department library for each department to with specialize in their own related books.
Hostel: MES College provide fully fledged hostels for both boys and girls with a capacity of 750 and 700 respectively. Both hostels are functioning in seperate blocks under the maintains of caring wardens. Each hostel is equipped with top class facilities such as reading room, canteen, internet facility, recreational facility, gymnasium facility etc.
Canteen: There is fully fledged restaurant with in the campus providing quality foods at an affordable ranges. Breakfast, lunch and dinner varieties are available in the canteen. Any one of the college can avail this facility. Very good hygienic condition is maintained in the canteen. Besides there is cool bar attached with the canteen serving different cool drinks.

Applied Electronics and Instrumentation is a new engineering discipline mainly deals with electronics and instrumentation devices. There is all modern facilities available in the college for the course and there is advanced laboratories such Process control laboratory, biomedical laboratory, analog communication laboratory etc. 60 seats are available in the college for applied electronics and instrumentation engineering.B.Tech in Civil Engineering - 60 seats
Civil Engineering is considered as the mother branch of engineering. Electrical and Electronics Engineering is an oldest engineering discipline which is considered as the lifeline of any industry.
