Is India a secular state?
Many times people have this question, based on happenings in Kerala. In the christian community, many priests and nuns involved in criminal cases underwent police arrest, interrogation and polygraph and narco analysis.no community ever resisted. When it came to the issue of Madani charged in first degree crime a community sect came forward and openly challenging the country's law and order system by raising resistance and threatening violence. Is there different laws on crime for different community.this type of actions are provoking communal harmony in the state and the people behind, is maoists under a different banner. However, Kerala govt cannot do anything in a crime related charge filed in Karnataka court by Karnataka police other than share coffee with Karnataka ministers as state guests
