A good healthy salad.Low fat content.Good for those who tries to lose weight.Very tasty.
Olive-Capsicum Salad Recipe
Ingredients:-
Green olives - 250gm
Black olives - 250gm
Capsicum (red) - 1
Capsicum (yellow) - 1
Carrot - 1
Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 1
Lettuce - 3 or 3 leaves
Lemon juice - 3 table spoon
Salt - As required
Olive oil - 3 or 5 table spoons
Preparation:-Make thin slices of olives, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. Mix with salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Salad is ready to serve.
