Fried Rice Recipe
Basmati rice : 3 CUP
Boiled chicken pieces : 1 1/2 cup
Egg : 2
Pepper powder : ½ tea spoon
Salt : to taste
Oil : 2 tea spoon
Garlic chopped : 2 tea spoon
Chilly sauce : 2 tea spoon
Tomato sauce : 2 tes spoon
Carrot finely chopped : 1/2 cup
Cabbage finely chopped : 1/2cup
Spring onion chopped : 1/2cup
Beans finely chopped : 1/2cup
Preparation method:
Cook rice in 3cup of water. Add garlic to hot oil in a pan. Add chopped vegetables to it. Sauté for 2minutes.Drain the vegetables and garlic from oil. Then add egg to the same pan and scramble. Add sautéed vegetables and garlic to it. Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper powder, rice. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.Tasty fried rice ready to serve.
