Chicken Chilly Sauce
Chicken : 1kg
Garlic : 15
Ginger : 1 large piece
Green chillies : 5
Curry leaves : 3
Onion chopped : 4
Coriander powder : 1 ½ spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 ½ spoon
Turmeric powder : ½ spoon
Coriander leaves chopped : 3spoon
Chilly sauce : 1spoon
Soya sauce : 1spoon
vinegar : 3spoon
Preparation method:
Make a paste of green chilly, garlic and ginger (C.G.G. paste). Add all sauces to C.G.G. paste. Marinate chicken with C.G.G. paste. Sauté onion and curry leaves in hot oil keep separate half from it. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala to remaining half of onion. Add chicken to it and stir well. Cook it for 10minutes and add onion that kept separately. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilly.
