The Most important temple in kerala is Padmanabhaswamy Temple located at Trivandrum called as Thiruvananthapuram. Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple of Kerala is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, one of the Gods of the Hindu trinity of Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu. 100 feet high "Gopuram", of the main temple tower. Famous festival Arattu festival which is till date headed by the royal family of Travancore. The temple is build like Kerala & Dravidian style of architecture. The temple was established on the first day of Kaliyuga, ie.5000 years age. The Ottakkal Mandapam in front of the idol was re-built with one single slab of granite which is 2 1/2 feet thick and 20 feet square.
