Baked Pearlspot: Karimeen
Baked Fish on Karimeen.
Take medium sized pearl spot fish we known that as karimeen, and clean the scales and fins
Take 1 table spoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon coriander powder,a pinch of turmeric,a clove of seedless tamarind and mash the mixture to a paste.
Add some curry leaves to the paste,marinate the fish with this paste,wrap it in aluminium foil and place it in a shallow frypan with a lid under shallow flame for 10 minutes.
Now reverse the side and cook it for 10 minutes,delicious fish bake is ready to eat
