Shrimp vada
Take 200gms of prawns meat,tuvar dal 200gms,onion150 grams ginger 75 grams. Soak dal,mash finely chopped onions,ginger and chopped green chillies(2)nos and mash together. Mash prawns meat,mash soaked dal and mix mashed onions,ginger,green chilli and prawn meat,add salt to taste.mix thoroughly and make balls of the mix,flatten from middle and fry in shallow heat in oil until both sides are medium brownish. Serve with tomato sauce, good for evening tea. tuvar dal can be replaced by chana dal. in this case chana dal need to be cooked and deskinned. very tasty snack. Try and post remarks
