The Bombay Stock Exchange witnessed a volatile trade today. The BSE benchmark index Sensex closed at 18221.43 points down less than 0.1% over its previous close or down by 16.88 points. Likewise the National Stock Exchange (NSE) Nifty closed lower at 5479.4 points. The counters which attracted buying were realty, auto and health care. Metal, and energy stocks were some of the counters witnessed selling.
