The famous character from Bram Stoker's novel Dracula is going to be remake in Malayalam. The Malayalam version of Dracula movie will be made with latest I-Max 3D fusion technology which was used in Steven Spielberg's Avatar.
The director of Dracula Malayalam movie is Roopesh Paul and the producers are Preman Pothen and Sanjeev Menon. Cinematography is done by Antonio Rui Riverio and sound recording is done by Rasul Pookutty. The Malayalam version of Dracula will be having both Indian and foreign artists in the cast and crew.
In Malayalam Dracula the spirit of Dracula enters into the body of a forensic surgeon who is working in Kerala. Then the rest of the movie shows the terror he creates. The budget of this 3D Dracula is estimated to be around Rs.10 crores.
