Mixed vegetable curuma is a vegetable curry which can be used as a curry with chapathies,meals etc.

Ingredients for mixed vegetable curuma


1.Cauliflower -1no's(small)
2.Carrot -2no's
3.Onion cut into -2no's
small pieces
4.Green chilly into -6no's
two pieces
5.Garlic -8no's
6.Coriander powder -1ts
7.Coriander leaf -required amount
8.Coconut milk -1cup
9.Salt -required amount
10.Potato -1no's(big)
11.Beans -6no's
12.Greenpeace -1/2cup
13.Ginger -1peice
14.Turmeric powder -1/2ts
15.Garam masala -1 1/2ts
16.Oil -required amount
17.Cashewnut -25gm

How to make mixed vegetable Kurma


First of all cut all the vegetables such as cauliflower,carrot,beans,potato,Greenpeace into square pieces and boil the vegetables using required amount of water and salt.Take a frying pan and pour oil into it.Saute onion pieces and green chilly in the oil.Put garlic paste,ginger paste,turmeric powder,garam masala into the mixture and again saute well.After 10 min's grind the mixture using mixi and make a paste.Put the grinded mixture into the boiling vegetables.When the mixture is jointed to the vegetables add the cashew nut paste into it.When the gravy becomes thick pour the coconut milk into the vegetables.Garnish the mixed vegetable curuma using coriander leaf.Serve hot.
