A Kerala government approved ayurvedic centre is also provided in Kadavu resort. It also contains a fully equipped Multi-Gym for workouts and a Jogging track along the side of the river. Well maintained swimming pool is also provided in the resort with a separate pool for kids. Sight seeing facility is provided by the reception facility. Room service and Laundry service is available round the clock. They also conduct cultural shows and other Malabar arts in the open air theatre in the resort.

SIGHT SEEING
Kappad Beach is 30 kilometres away from the resort. This is the Historic beach where Vasco-da-Gama set foot, on 27 May 1498 A.D., with 170 men in three vessels. A Monument on the beach commemorates this historic event. The rock-studded beach is locally known as Kappakadavu. An interesting feature of the landscape is the sprawling rock that protrudes into the sea. The temple on the rock is believed to be 800 years old
Pazhasirajah Museum is 19 kms away from the resort. Located at East Hill, the Pazhassirajah Museum, run by the State Archaeological Department, displays ancient mural paintings, antique bronzes and old coins as well as models of temples, megalithic monuments. Adjacent to the museum is the Art Gallery, which exhibits an excellent collection of paintings by Raja Ravi Verma and Raja Raja Verma.
Mananchira the heart of the city is the site of important institutions like the Town Hall and the Public Library. One of Calicut's oldest buildings, the Commonwealth Trust Office is situated here. The large pond and the park are well known landmarks.
Kallai is 10 kms away from the resort. It is the bustling nerve point of Calicut's timber trade. This was once the second largest timber-trading centre in Asia. Today, though some business does take place, hard times have fallen on the timber trade and Kallai is just a shadow of its past.
Beypore is a small coastal town known for centuries as a shipbuilding centre and still famous for its country crafts called "Uru" which are built by the traditional shipbuilders known as Khalasis. This art is a mnemonic tradition of almost 1500 yrs old. Beypore is still a favourite destination among the Arabs shopping for the large boats.
Kozhikode Beach is 14kms away from the resort. Beach is easily accessible from city and best for enjoying sunset.
Science Planetarium is 14kms away and It reveals the mysteries of universe and enlightens about the planets and stars. Shows are at 12.00, 2.00, 4.00 & 6.00 pm.
Lions Parks is a park for children situated next to the light house at Calicut beach. The park is open from 3 pm onwards. It is good to enjoy the sunset from here.
The Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary at Kadalundi is a Haven for migratory birds. Terns, Gulls, Herons, Sand pipers, Whimbrels and other such migratory birds flock from the month of November and returns only by the end of April. The ideal season to visit is from December to April in the early hours of the day.
Thali Temple is built in the 14th century by swamy Thirumulpad, the zamorin, within his palace complex. This temple was the venue of Revathy pattathanam, the annual cultural and intellectual event. The tali temple is a fine example of the total integration that can exist between wood and literate.
The backwaters of Kozhikode hold great promises of enchanting holiday options. Elathur, the Canoli canal and the Kallai River are favourite destinations for boating. Kadalundi, with its beautiful bird sanctuary is a charming site. Korapuzha, the venue of the Korapuzha Jalotsavam is fast becoming a popular water sport destination.
Wayanad is 70 kilometres away from the resort and is a picturesque locations… extensive stretch of plantations of tea, coffee, cardamom, pepper, hutments, wildlife sanctuaries, trekking and shopping outlets. It is located at a height of 2100 metres above main sea level
