Looking for out of kerala Engg/Medical Colleges

It was a matter of crucial situation before 5 years to have an admission for ENGG/MEDICAL students dut to lack of enough seats in our State. Still the situation is there but not same like before, we have tremendously increased our occupying capacity 10 times than before and increasing at least 10% every year. So the right candidates with good ranking has no need to be worried and their parents may have to rethink about the decision of sending their children to outside.
It is really admitting that the language proficiency has a major role while we compire the standard of an average ENGG graduate from Kerala and from Chennai or any other state. As an NRI I have experienced a lot of ENGG graduates and post graduates from Kerala and other states and found that our graduates are so shy to express their ability. They are always pulling back themselves while it is a matter of expressing their efficiency, were as they show more brilliance if they were allowed to express in writting.
So dear parents, before you decide rethink once agian!!
