TASTY VEGETABLE BIRIYANI IN FEW MINUTES

Ingredients for vegetable biriyani recipes:-2cups basmati rice soaked for 10 minutes,2 carrots,8 beans,2 potatoes,1/3 cup of oil 3tsp salt,1tsp lemon juice

For the paste grind together:- 6-7 garlic flakes, 1 piece ginger,1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder

How to prepare vegetable biriyani recipes ?
Heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel. Add onions cook till brown
Add vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the paste and stir fry for 2*3 minutes
Measure 4 cups of water to the fried vegetables, add salt and lemon juice
When water boils add soaked and strained basmati rice
Cover the vessel with s well fitting lid
Slow flame and cook till done.
Serve hot with curries and sauces
