Healthy Carrot Soup
In this article i will show how to make a healthy carrot soup easily. The soup is enriched with the taste of carrots, black powder and Pudina.
Healthy Carrot Soup
The Ingredients
Carrot ½ kg
Milk 2 cups
Tomato 1
Water 2 cups
Black Pepper powder ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tspSalt to taste
Method of Preparation
First of all we have to cut the carrots and tomatoes into small pieces.
Then boil 2 cups of water in a boiling pan and when it started boiling add the already cut carrots and tomato into it. Cook for about 20 minutes and add black pepper powder, milk salt and sugar.
Stirr the mixture well. We can use this as hot or can refridgerate and serve chilled.
Garnish with some Pudina for taste.
