Sabarimala is one temple which sees pilgrims in lakhs and crores in the two months that is from Mid November to Mid January every year. The temple is also open around the first week of every month of the Malayalam Calender.
There are lakhs and lakhs of pilgrims visiting Sabarimala during the peak season, that is during mid November to mid January. Travancore Devaswom Board which is in charge of the maintenance of the Sabarimala Sree Swamy Ayyappan temple has arranged for accommodation around the temple premises.
Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangam has accommodation facilities available at Sabarimala which is under the control of the Devaswom Board. You can call them up and find out if accommodation is available or not. Please do not send FAX messages which will be discarded.

There are many other private accommodations like Choultries also are available for the pilgrims to make use of. Public latrines and bathrooms are also provided there.
Medical dispensaries and one or two hospitals are placed on the way to Sannidhanam. Ambulances are also arranged for emergencies to take the patients to the hospitals if needed.
Pilgrims information centers are also available in the area for any information or help the pilgrims might need, like water facilities, resting facilities as well as help for climbing up the hill.
