Yusuf Pathan tried his best to bring victory for India but all went in vein for a moment. Hitting the balls all over the field, a 105 run knock from 70 balls, didn't save India, as India suffered a heart-breaking 33 run defeat against South Africa in a much thrilling 5th and final cricket ODI in which India lost the series 2-3.
Yusuf, came out to the crease in the the 14th over when India was struggling at 74 for six. He hit eight stunning sixes and eight fours to give life to a historic win for India but failed at the end.
India, chasing a target of 268 for a win under the Duckworth-Lewis Rule as the match was reduced to a 46-over-a-side affair due to a rain interruption, India were all out for 234 in 40.2 overs at SuperSport Park . Award Function
