India displays its military might, heritage at Republic Day Parade
The main attraction of the 62nd republic day pared in the capital city Delhi will be the displays of India’s(Light Combat Aircraft, )an indigenous fourth generation fighter jet. The fighter jet will be displayed trainer version in the pared before it induction in to the Air force. It has been long 27 years since the work of LAC was started. It is expected to induct LAC t armed force by next year.

LCA is the mains display theme of DRDO tableau in the Republic parade this year. Other attraction is the Indian Army's display of Russian-origin T-90S Main Battle Tanks (MBT) and the Indo-Russian joint venture BrahMos cruise missile. BrahMos has a range of 290km and have speed of 3 times the sound. It is a unique of this kind.
The parade will be followed by the Air past display by the Indian Air force. The display will have 25 aircrafts that including Sukhois, Jaguars and MiG-29s. The army will also join the flypast with the indigenous Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopters (ALHs)
