A single sheet of Application form with printed both sides A and B to make possible computer processing using the Optical Mark Reader (OMR). Side A is the OMR Data sheet and Side B is the conventional application form. Each application form has got a same eight digit barcode on Side A. This barcode number will be the same for each application form. You should keep this number for further enquires /correspondence.
Use Blue/Black ball-point pen and HB Pencil to fill "BOXES" and "BUBBLES" respectively in the OMR Data Sheet. The entries in the boxes are for confirmatory purpose. Some guidelines for Kerala PSC Exam applicants
- Candidates should follow the instructions carefully before filling up the forms
- Make certain Kerala PSC notifications is genuine by checking Kerala PSC official website before you apply.
- Use only the prescribed form of Kerala PSC to submit application.
- Make sure that you have filled both sides (side A and B) of the application form.
- Don't leave any column as blank. Incomplete application will be considered as invalid.
- Confirm that you are eligible for the post by the prescribed qualification, experience and required age.
- You are allowed to apply for one District in respect of District-wise selections if the notification issued for many district.
- Keep bar code number of your application in your memory for future reference.
- Don't apply without your signature in the space provided in application form because the unsigned application will not be accepted.
- Don't attach other documents or copies of certificates or self-addressed envelopes along with the application. All documents for the proof of date of birth, educational qualification, experience, community need to submit for the preparation of the ranked lists and when required by the Commission.
- Fold the application carefully through the place indicated in the instructions.
- Apply only to the address given in the notification
- Apply as earlier as possible once notification is published to make sure that your application form will reach before the last date.
- Applications received after the last date will be rejected.
- The applicant shall send his application in the cover supplied with the application form
- Your post office name, the Category No. and the Department of the respective post should be write natly at the top of the envelope.
- If you apply online, the instructions given in the website have to be follow strictly. Otherwise your application will be rejected.
- Your name and address shouldl write at the bottom left hand corner and the address to which applications are to be sent, at the bottom right hand corner of the envelope.
