All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) New Delhi has been invited applications in prescribed format for admission to MBBS course. The entrance exam will be on June 1st 2011(Wednesday) and the course will begin on 1st August 2011.How to Apply for AIIMS MBBS
The Application-cum-prospectus can be obtained either online or offline.
The cost of application is Rs.1000/-(for SC/ST-Rs.800). No separate exam fee needed.Online Application
Applicants have to visit the official website of AIIMS and carefully follow the instructions given there. While applying online, the candidate can download the challan form for paying the applciation fee and can pay in any branch of SBI. This copy of challan form have to carry when present for Entance exam along with admit card for hading over the same to the invigilator.Offline Application
The Application-cum-prospectus can also be obtained by speed post/Registered Post, if the candidate request the same with an account Payee demand Draft of Rs.1050/-(SC/ST-Rs.850) in favor of

The Demand Draft should be valid upto July/August 2011.
The address of the candidate to which the application will send, should clearly written in CAPITAL LETTERS with pin code.The envelope containing request for application form should be superscribed with 'REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM FOR MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2011'. It must be written on the top of the request form too. The request for the application form must reach the below address on or before 10-03-2011.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidates who have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates) aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English or whose results of Class-XII are likely to be declared by 7th July, 2010 are eligible to apply.
