Rava / Sooji Dosa


Exquisite easy recipe for sweet lovers

Ingrediants

1. Rava/sooji - 1 cup
2. Water - as required
3. Salt - a pinch or two for taste
4. Sugar - 2-3 table spoon
5. Coconut - Half

How to make

Take rava in a bowl. Add some water to it so that the Rava becomes softer. Make sure that the water stays a little higher in level than rava in the bowl. Keep it aside for five minutes.

After rava becoming soft, grind it in the mixie along with salt, sugar and cocunut. The batter should be thick.

Heat the tawa and pour the batter. Spread it and make it like dosa. Your rawa dosa is ready.

You may also add a little ginger and garlic to try different taste of rawa dosa.

Rawa dosa goes well with coconut chutney made without any water.
