MECHANICAL
* Total Post: 9
* Qualification:Three Year Diploma in the respective
disciplines viz, Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering with 60 % of marks from a State Board of Technical Education.
* Experience:Minimum of Two years post
qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be advantageous .
ELECTRICAL
* Total Post: 2
* Qualification:Three Year Diploma in the respective
disciplines viz, Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering with 60 % of marks from a State Board of Technical Education.
* Experience:Minimum of Two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be advantageous .
CIVIL
* Total Post: 3
* Qualification:Three Year Diploma in the respective disciplines viz, Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil Engineering with 60 % of marks from a State Board of Technical Education .
* Experience:Minimum of Two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry or a large Commercial Organisation. Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment would be advantageous.
COMMERCIAL
* Total Post: 8
* Qualification:Three Year Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Commercial Practice with 60 % of marks from a State Board of Technical Education.
* Experience:Minimum of Two years post qualification experience/ training in a Shipyard/ Marine Engineering Training Institute/Heavy Engineering Industry or a large Commercial Organisation. Proficiency and experience of
working in a computerized environment would be advantageous.Remuneration:
Consolidated pay of 7750/-pm .
Period of Contract
The period of contract will be one year and may be extended further based on requirement/
availability of projects.
Age Limit:
Age shall not exceed 27 years as on 01 March 2011 relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
and 10 years for Persons With Disabilities (PWD).
Method of Selection:
A Walk in Interview will be conducted from 0900 Hrs to 1700 hrs on 17 & 18 March 2011 at Training Institute, Cochin Shipyard Ltd, Kochi.
