M.Tech(Marine Biotechnology) at CUSAT

Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) is a pioneer institute in India for science related higher studies.CUSAT is conducting many higher degree courses in scientific fields. One of them is M.Tech. in Marine Biotechnology. Now applications have been invited by CUSAT for admission to this M.Tech. Marine Biotechnology course.The M.Tech. in Marine Biotechnology course is sponsored by Department of Biotechnology of CUSAT.

A joined Entrance Examination is conducted for this course. It is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. The application forms and prospectus for the joined Entrance Examination are available with National Centre for Aquatic Animal Health, Cochin Univesity of Science and Technology, Lakeside campus, Fine Arts Avenue, Cochin -682016. The application forms are available on all working days on paying Rs. 200/- in cash at the above Centre.

Application forms are available by post also.Those who want to get the application form by post should send a D.D. drawn in favour of Coordinator, NCAAH payable at Cochin for Rs. 200/-. A self addressed A4 sized stamped envelop (Rs 34/- with in Kerala and Rs. 67/- outside Kerala)should also be send along with DD and request letter.

One thing to note is that application forms are to be sent to Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.The applications completed in all respects should reach Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on or before March 21, 2011.
