Prashanth Parameswaran Starts for Kochi Tuskers Kerala with good Performance

Ninth match of Kerala Kochi Tuskers in IPL 2011 - Successive match against Delhi Daredevils in the span of just 3 days. Kochi Tuskers knew that they have to do what daredevils did in Kochi, for keeping it's hope colourful in IPL. And end of the day Kochi showcased good cricket to emerge victorious over Delhi Daredevils. It was an amazing news for Kerala to see Prashanth Parameswaran entitled the man of the match for the contest. Kochi Tuskers captain Mahela Jayawardene was highly confident about the bench strength he had throughout the tournament. And performance from Prashanth lived up to captain's belief. Earlier, captain Mahela Jayawardene was impressed by the tall left-arm bowler during the net practice, resulted the keralite to make his presence in the final eleven. One of prashant's victim virender Sehwag came in praise for bowler and said that he had got all the potential to play at the international level for India. Captain mahela also showered good words for his co-player for a dream debut.

Prashanth Parameswaran started with a stunning first over to dismiss destructive virender Sehwag. Sehwag had hit prashnant for a six in previous ball (When playing in such a small ground , just think of poor prashant bowling to none other than sehwag).Prashant kept his nerves and changed his line to get rid of sehwag which ultimately turned out to be the turning point of the match ( Delhi daredevils looks heavily depended on it's opening pairs - especially sehwag). He also took the wicket of R.P.Singh to end up at 2 for 29 in his four overs. In fact all the bowling unit delivered for Kochi in the match - RP Singh, Sreesanth,Vinay Kumar all where on target. Nice effort from Brendon mucculum alongwith good support from Micheal Klinger made it in kochi's like. Classic blades of brade hodge and Parthiv Patel gave a excitng climax to match with five over's to spare.

Prashant Parameshwaran was taken only few days back by KTK as the fourth player from after S.Sreesanth,Raiphi Gomez and P.Prasanth . This malayalee pacer have got a good support from Indian player Sreesanth. Prashanth who was basically a ranji trophy player has some good inner state twenty-twenty record where he played against the players like Robin Uthapa , S.badrinath ,Parthiv patel.
