The power of the subconscious mind

The Obstacles in the way of realizations:

Why are we finding it difficult to achieve what we want? It is because, we are not very sure of what we want, our mind energy is frittered away on previous unpleasant incidents/happenings or future happenings and over indulgence in sexual and other sensual related issues, negative emotions. In English there is a say to the effect that "Yesterday is a canceled cheque, tomorrow is a promissory note and today is the reality – live today'. It means that if we avoid brooding over the past and what is going to happen in future we can have a peaceful existence. Peaceful condition is the fertility condition of mind. To help us to achieve this condition, there are several avenues like the meditation, hypnotism, pranayama, yoga etc. To the extent we control these factors, our power increases proportionately and we can realise what we want to that extent.

It is Possible. Let us see the examples:

Even in this age where jet facilities exist, we find it difficult to travel long distances. He established 4 Mutts at 4 end of the country to spread the advaitha Sidhantha and rejuvenate Hindu Philosophy. During this short period of life he had written several articles on Hindu Philosophy, translated several Sanskrit literatures. He brought together the disintegrated Hinduism to its glory. The thing common to all of them was the determination to serve the humanity with single minded devotion above the selfish interests.

How do we realise?

We can realise the goals by training ourselves to contact and release the power of subconscious mind, it is possible to bring power, wealth, health, success and happiness or whatever we like to achieve. The power is within us. We have to understand it and learn to use it. For that first we have to bring peace and tranquility of mind by the methods mentioned in the previous paragraph. Then we have to make the sub conscious mind to accept things which we want to realise.

For this we have to use the conscious mind. We should go on repeating in our conscious mind, the things which we want to achieve. Some of the most common desire is mentioned below. We go on repeating the relevant one/s in our mind and think about them constantly so that the sub conscious mind picks it up and help us to realise over a period of time.

For overall Improvement: Whenever we are not engaged in any activity, we should repeat to ourselves in mind that 'I am progressing, getting healthier, successful, confident and happier by every moment. We should keep a picture in the mind of a confident, successful, cheerful and healthy self.

For Wealth: Constantly think and visualize in mind as we like and enjoy money. Enjoy using it wisely, constructively in mind. Imagine of the money circulating through plentiful and continuously.

For self Improvement: Imagine that subconscious mind is a storehouse of memory and intelligence. It retains everything I read and heard from books and from others. Whenever I want to know about anything it automatically comes to my mind

For Peace: Feel that the body and mind are completely and totally relaxed, serene and calm. Feel that you are forgiving everybody who tries to disturb you and sincerely wish them harmony, health, peace and all the blessings of life.

For other things imagine appropriately.

Conclusions:

Mind is only one, but it possesses two separate characteristics. Each is having separate powers and attributes. The labels used to distinguish the two functions are: objective mind and subjective mind, conscious and subconscious mind, the wakeful and sleeping mind. The 2nd category or aspect is like the soil where if we fertilise and plant good seeds and water it appropriately, the plant comes out and grows beautifully. It is for us to utilize the facility implanted in us by the almighty.
